What does "sport" mean to me?

Sport is an essential part of my everyday life. I don’t focus on just one sport – I strive for versatility and the ability to excel in as many sports disciplines as possible. I believe that strength and conditioning training is the key foundation that everyone can build upon – whether recreational athletes or professionals. I also closely integrate nutrition, which is crucial for performance, recovery, and overall health.
