As Head of Customer Care, I am responsible for leading the client service team and taking care of our members on a daily basis. I coordinate and train new colleagues, ensuring that communication with clients is always professional, friendly, and delivered with a smile. My priority is to make every visitor feel special at the Club – whether they are coming for the first time or have been with us for years.
For me, working at the Club represents much more than just a job – it is a place where I can combine a high standard of service with a truly personal approach. I actively include sports in my life, take an interest in healthy living, and follow the latest fitness and wellness trends, which inspire me in my daily work. I enjoy creating an environment where people feel comfortable, motivated, and genuinely cared for. I believe that positive energy and genuine care for clients are reflected in the overall atmosphere of the Club – and I see this as essential.
