CRM Manager

My main responsibility is to take care about our clients and all the processes included. It means the Member's journey from the signing of contract to the whole time of the Membership. My responsibilities are the administrative activities and reports of the Members database. The common goal of our work is to greatly represent the Club.   

What does working for the Club mean to me?

Working in Club means looking forward to the team to me. The team here is really unique. I try to work for 100% even though it may not be successful. I did track and field and sports and that is why I like being a part of this team and use the Club's services, meeting the clients somewhere else than in the office. I am grateful I can try all the services that I can describe to the clients and also that there are people that can help me to reach my own goals.
