Pavel Skala has prepared a very gentle lesson for you on Thursday, January 15, 2026, from 18.15, conducted on the mat with a focus on the core. At the beginning of the lesson, you can look forward to a 10-minute warm-up of the central areas of the body, followed by slow spinal exercises aimed at improving spinal flexibility, using props. We will work both sides of the body. In the final 10 minutes, there will be a guided short relaxation lying down, with support under the knees and head for deeper muscle release.
