Come and try a special yoga lesson inspired by Nepalese tradition with our new group fitness instructor, Tereza Krausová. During the lesson on Sunday, January 18, 2026, from 9.15, we will connect breath, stability, balance, and strength. We will practice traditional breathing techniques that support focus, energy, and inner warmth, followed by asanas focused on stability, balance, and strength, typical of practice in a mountain environment. The lesson will conclude with a short meditation, bringing calm and a sense of relaxation.
