That’s why this year has brought a new concept to the fitness world, combining Zumba® and dumbbell training. And you can be among the first to try it. Join a lesson with Alexandra Fraisová on Sunday, February 15, 2026, from 9.00, where you will work out with light dumbbells, exercise and strengthen the whole body to the rhythm of music, and also dance simple Zumba choreographies as cardio to get your heart pumping. We will engage the entire body, increase the heart rate, strengthen muscles, burn lots of calories, and have a great time doing it.
