During the workshop with Aneta Kůrková on October 26, 2025, from 10.00 we will do a simple aerobic choreography that really anyone can manage. We will get moving to a faster rhythm, release endorphins, and boost fat burning. In the second part, we will focus on strengthening and toning problem areas – hips, glutes, abs, and arms. At the end, we will stretch the whole body to feel energized and ready for the new week.
