Certified Fitness Instructors for People with Lifestyle Diseases at Balance Club Brumlovka
At Balance Club Brumlovka, we focus not only on physical fitness but also on the health and safety of our Members. That is why we are proud to have among our professionals two instructors who are certified specialists in fitness for people with lifestyle diseases—a qualification currently held by only a few experts in the entire Czech Republic. These instructors are Dominik Špiláček and Ludmila Kristofčáková.
What does this specialization mean?

• the skill to adapt training to the client’s current health status, for example, taking into account the effects of medication for blood pressure or diabetes.
What does such a training session look like?
Each session begins with a consultation of the client's current health condition. If necessary, measurements and monitoring are conducted during and after the session. The key element is the ability to adapt physical activity to the client’s current values and needs.
