The May Gym Challenge for exciting prizes will be fun and playful. The exercise is simple, but it will still make you break a sweat. The challenge is as follows: after doing 20 push-ups for men and 10 knee push-ups for women, participants perform a plank on a BOSU® with their hands on its edge. The trainer/timekeeper places a tennis ball on the BOSU®. The exerciser then tries to balance the ball into the center hole as quickly as possible. The entire challenge is repeated twice (including the push-ups), and the better time is recorded. Come give it a try, beat the best times, and compete with us!
