Awaken your competitive nature and take part in our October challenge that will test your fitness and strength. As well as feeling great after you complete the workout, exciting prizes await the most successful participants.
How can you take part in our Gym Challenge? Reach out to one of our personal trainers, who will check your technique and time you in a competitive workout. The personal trainer Karolína Peterová has prepared this workout for you and it looks like this:
2 rounds for time: 12 calories on Airbike, 12 thrusters with kettlebell (competition weight for women is 2 x 4 kg, for men 2 x 8 kg).

The total time is measured and the best one will win the prize. Fingers crossed!
