Would you like to improve your breaststroke, freestyle, and backstroke technique, as well as your fitness and swimming performance? Then you might be interested in our new swimming course for adults, led by experienced swimmer and triathlon competitor Jan Jakubíček. Over 15 lessons, held every Wednesday from October 1st, 11.15 to 12.00, we will focus on overall swimming technique development and building basic fitness. The course is designed for beginner swimmers who can swim 100 m without stopping in any style and are able to submerge their head and breathe in the water.
To ensure intensity and maximize individual attention, the course capacity is limited to 4 participants.
