Can I temporarily suspend my regular payments during the club’s renovation?
During the period from 1 April to 30 June 2020, the club members do not pay their membership fees because of the club’s renovation and complete shutdown. You can suspend your standing order for this period.
What shall I do if I have already made the payment for the period from 1 April 2020 to 30 June 2020?The payments that have already been sent for the period from 1 April to 30 June 2020 will be used to cover your membership fee for the months after the club reopens (scheduled for 1 July 2020). For example, your April 2020 payment will be used to cover the membership fee for July 2020.
When shall I make my next regular payment?
After the club reopening (scheduled for 1 July 2020), the members will again pay the membership fees; however, during the period until the reopening of the swimming pool and the interior relax zone (which is expected in mid-September 2020), the amount equalling 25% of the paid membership fee will be credited to the member’s account and they will be able to use it either for services or for the payment of the membership fee for the future period. The due date for the next payment for July 2020 is 1 July 2020.
Will the members receive any compensation for their March 2020 payment?
Regarding the period from 13 March to 31 March 2020, the amount equalling 50% of the paid membership fee will be credited to the member’s account which can be used either for services or for the payment of the membership fee for the future period.
What will be the compensation for March 2020 payment if the membership was interrupted during that period?
In the case you interrupted your membership from 13 March 2020 onwards, a proportionate amount equalling 50% will be calculated for the uninterrupted period. For example, if you interrupted your membership from 20 March 2020, the proportionate amount will be calculated for the period from 13 March to 19 March 2020.
May I ask for an extension of my voucher (day pass, massage, personal training, etc.)?
We will extend your vouchers by the entire period of our club’s shutdown starting on 13 March 2020.
Will the benefits of the member loyalty programme be extended?
The club’s shutdown and suspension of regular payments will have no impact on the rules of the loyalty programme. The unused benefits from the loyalty programme are therefore not transferred to the next period. The member will receive a new set of benefits alongside the new loyalty programme period.
Will the club refund the prepaid course fees (children’s swimming course, dance course)?
A proportionate amount of the relevant course will be credited to your member’s account. If you want the overpayment to be sent to your bank account, please contact our Client Centre via telephone at 234 749 810 or 234 749 813 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will the additional services (massages) be available when the club reopens?
We are currently looking into this possibility in view of the fact that the aqua and relax zone is under reconstruction. There is an option to transfer the massages to a different area in the club. We will provide you with specific information when the club reopens.
May I collect my personal belongings from the club (cycling shoes)?
