A special Thursday yoga session has been prepared for you by Pavel Skala on December 11, 2025 from 18.15. This is a so-called yogic sleep — a lesson whose specific line of mental focus makes it suitable for those who want to try something to calm the mind, relax the body, and experience something different. It is a training of wakefulness and sensitivity of the mind through the slow observation of individual parts of the body and exploring their current state with the aim of releasing them as effectively as possible. Most of the lesson will take place lying down.
