BalanceFit Nutrition Counseling - new service at Balance Club Brumlovka

Dear Club Members,
we would love to present you our new service, nutrition counseling, that starts from October 2016. The counseling follows up additional services as initial diagnostics or personal trainings and completes our complex view to a healty life style. The counseling is provided by nutritionists Helena Takačová Šnajdrová and Simona Šafránková.

The new service BalanceFit nutrition counseling can help to set an appropriate diet and eating habits. The result of our work is to improve the state of health, prevention of lifestyle diseases, lifestyle changes, optimizing weight and lifelong security in choosing the right diet.
