Total-body Resistance eXercise. This suspension system consists of adjustable straps. The exercises themselves are performed with one part of the body remaining on the mat while the other is suspended from the TRX. By changing the angle between the body and the mat, the resistance can be easily controlled and participant can adjust the load.
