The class is inspired by the current phenomenon CrossFit® and has been adapted to the Balance Club Brumlovka conditions. This strength and conditioning exercise uses barbells, TRX®, BOSU®, and skipping ropes for a full body workout. Advanced, not recommended for beginners.
