The DanceFit lesson begins with an energetic warm-up in the form of an aerobic choreography. This is followed by a full-body strengthening part of the lesson using various equipment as well as bodyweight exercises. The final part of the lesson is dedicated to precise stretching, which helps relax the muscles and calm the body. The entire lesson is dynamic, rhythmic, and full of energy. The lesson is also suitable for beginners.
