Animal Flow

Description

Animal Flow is a lesson that combines animal-inspired movement with elements of gymnastics, yoga, parkour, and breakdance, also drawing on developmental kinesiology. The goal is to improve flexibility, coordination, strength, and endurance through fluid sequences of exercises performed on the ground, often on all fours. It consists of individual exercises (called movements) that imitate animal motions. During the lesson, these exercises are linked into smooth sequences (flows), creating a comprehensive movement system. The practice is done barefoot. Intermediate.
