Profile
I started dancing ballet at a young age and dedicated many years to it, later continuing with tap dancing. For more than twenty years, my main passion has been fitness and strength training. In my free time, I enjoy playing squash, inline skating, and skiing during the winter. My training sessions are dynamic and focused on improving fitness, strengthening the body, and enhancing overall stability. I enjoy incorporating a wide variety of balance and functional training equipment into my workouts. I lead group lessons that target the entire body, strength training sessions for both men and women, and TRX suspension training. Every session can be tailored to suit complete beginners as well as experienced athletes. In my coaching, I place great emphasis on proper exercise technique, movement quality, and sound training methodology. This approach benefits both beginners building strong foundations and advanced exercisers looking to continue pushing their limits. I cannot imagine my life without sport, and I look forward to inspiring you on your own fitness journey.
