Join our favorite ice-bathing lessons in cooling pool on the terrace. 

Strengthen your immune system and start with ice cold bathing right now. We start the regular Cold baths lessons. These lessons will be every Monday at 7.00 and every Thursday at 17.00 in our Cooling pool on the terrace. You will be guided by our professional instructors and they will teach you the exercising techniques, breathing techniques and the immersion into the cold water. 

• Date: every Monday at 7.00 - booking is available from Friday,
  every Thursday at 17.00 - booking is available from Tuesday
