Come to enjoy the special 120 minutes yoga class with Petra Němečková. The uniqueness of this class is in the gradual expansion of the sequence until a unique state of flow occurs, when the entire body warms up for the final position of the bridge (“peak pose lesson”).
The lesson is appropriate for more advanced students in relation to dynamic physically demanding yoga. In the end, we relax in a beneficial relaxation.
