Night Swimming November 8, 2019

The first this year autumn night swimming will be again complemented, above all, by favourite sauna rituals under the guidance of the experienced sauna master Jan Putera. Night swimming begins at 19.00 and the first sauna ritual will be at 19.30, the other one at 20.30 and the last one at 21.30.

Classic ceremony dedicated to the autumn nature gifts.

20.30 Peeling from Thór forest
Salty peeling of birch leaves, spruce needles flax and volcanic ash.

21.30. Honey breath cleaning
Speciál na dýchací cesty obohacený o medovo-borovicový balzám. Special ritual for breathing enriched by honey and pine trees balm
