SM System

Description

Exercise SM system stretching shortened muscles and strengthen weakened muscles.SM system is established from 12 basic exercises that can be further developed and by focusing on specific details, we can work with a specific muscle group or muscle specific problem (scoliosis, lumbar overloaded, neck, shoulders, knees ..). Exercise is simple, easy to remember - just need to carefully observe the repetitive principles.
