Come to a special 90-minute lesson Refinement of positions in rotational asanas with Pavel Skala on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 16.00. There are many benefits to rotation in our bodies that, when practiced correctly, will provide much needed energy and vitality. It is mainly to increase the mobility of the spine, to relax the deep back muscles, to blood circulation in the internal organs - we see great positives especially in the kidneys, stomach, pancreas, spleen. Last but not least, we mention the support of digestion - i.e. the metabolism and consequently the prolongation of our breath. However, the practice of rotation has its own rules and these are the ones we would like to dedicate this workshop to. Reservation is not necessary. Silver card holders are welcome too.
