Summer Challenge Results

Get ready for summer and win holidays at Balance Club Brumlovka!

How to participate?
Fill up a registration form with one of our fitness trainers and get measured in a period of May 1 to 8, 2016.  

What is the system?
Not everyone wants to loose on weight. We have a fair system for all of you. 

• plus 10 points per each 1 kg body fat lost
• plus 10 points for each 1 kg increment of muscle tissue
• minus 10 points for each 1 kg increment of body fat
• minus 10 points for each 1 kg loss of muscle tissue

Example: fat reduction by losing 3.3 kgs of body fat = 33 points and gain of 2.2 kgs of muscle tissue = 22points, the Contestant gains 55 points.

Each Contestant must also comply with the requirements for 8 visits to the Club. 

When does the contest finish?
The contest ends in a period of June 13 - 19, 2016, when output measurement will be held. 

What could I win?
Prize is the same for both categories, females and males.

• 1st prize: 2 months free membership
• 2nd prize: CZK 1,500 worth of credit for purchases of services and refreshments at the Club
• 3rd prize: CZK 1,000 worth of credit for purchases of services and refreshments at the Club
