Physically demanding pilates, which still follows the rules of healthy and proper exercise. The lesson develops muscle strength, coordination, balance, core muscles and motion ranges and is suitable for both women and men. Different pilates schools (Pilates Institute, Milac pilates, Lolitas San Miguel pilates, Sabonqui pilates, Balanced Body) and their different methods are used to achieve the desired result combined with modern physiotherapy, functional training and health workouts.
