High-Intensity Interval Training, i.e. an interval workout of very high intensity¬representing an efficient tool for support of your cardiovascular system ¬and body weight reduction. This session is based on alternating between low and high intensity, actually exerting a higher load on your body. This workout is not suitable for beginners.
